Comprehensive control system for industrial robots

چکیده

The article considers the control system for industrial robots (IR), including precision (РIR), representing integration of systems different levels hierarchy into a single (integrated) system. There are analyzes structural diagram and original mathematical formulation task and, accordingly, principles constructing algorithms functioning such as whole given. It is shown that expansion range manufactured products requires continuous improvement technological equipment, both "mechanics" entire complex devices: electrics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, optics their possible various "complexes" (combinations). presented hierarchical can be used not only stationary mobile ground-based robotic systems, but also controlling movement group UAVs, since in cases it necessary to move IR unit space fulfill assigned task.
